Your prayers help strengthen a weary world…

“Annie gave her life to Jesus,” said a team member in Malawi. Unmarried, unwanted and unloved, with five children, Annie confessed her sins at the end of a JESUS film presentation. She learned the Lord not only wanted her but loved her and her children. Team members prayed with her. She testified to the goodness of the Lord. Now she is a member of the new church in her village which already has 22 members.

Pray for continued growth for Annie and the members of this new church.

“We were trained to do evil things and kill people after stealing their belongings,” said a man in the Democratic Republic of Congo, who has been in a rebel group since he was captured as a young boy. “When the JESUS film was shown in my village, I saw the life of Christ. The story of Jesus’ life touched me. I escaped from the rebel group and returned to my home village. From there, I traveled with the JESUS Film team, helping them show the JESUS film in other villages in the area. Being discipled by the team, I now have the assurance of God’s forgiveness for my sins.”

Pray for this man to grow in his faith and help other young boys not to be tempted to join a rebel group.

“Jesus saved me from my sin and sickness,” said Ramesh in India. Before accepting Jesus, I was sick and addicted, with no hope. I spent time worshipping many gods and goddesses but had no peace in my life. After watching the JESUS film, things are different. Previously, I did not know the living God. I asked the team members to come to my home. They prayed for my physical and spiritual healing. Jesus healed me and now is the Lord of my life.”

Praise God for the healing and hope in Ramesh’s life!
