November - Week 1

Prayer Points

Teams request prayer for them to knock on the right doors and for God to continue opening them for the expansion of His kingdom.
Many Nicaraguans struggle economically. Pray for JESUS Film teams and the Church to proclaim the gospel and seek justice for the oppressed.
Praise God for the growth the church has experienced in recent years. Pray that believers in all sectors have wisdom and determination to be a righteous influence on the nation.

November - Week 2

Prayer Points

Pray for an emphasis on discipleship and balanced Bible teaching in the Nigerian church, which continues to experience massive growth but whose teaching is often prosperity-based. Pray that discipleship tools JESUS Film teams use like the audio Bible, Bible Story Cloth, and booklets help new believers establish a solid foundation for their faith.
Nigerians face many threats, including violence, insurgencies, armed robberies, kidnappings, and ritual killings. Pray that these atrocities cease and the aggressors and victims alike come to know the peace and hope found in Christ.

As a police office, I have been involved all kinds of evil things, such as collecting bribes, sexual immorality, and drinking. I didn’t plan to come to the showing, but something brought me here. I heard the gospel music and the preaching and stopped in my path. I heard something I hadn’t heard before. The pastor said Jesus can forgive me, no matter what sins I have committed. All I have heard from others, including pastors, is condemnation. Tonight I confessed my sins and cried to God for forgiveness. The blood of Jesus made my salvation possible. I am born again! Heaven is my home. Praise God! Please pray for me, as I want to avoid temptation and be a role model to other police officers.

November - Week 3

Prayer Points

Team #4 asks for prayer “for courage because the city of Conakry is large. Pray we can find more young people committed to the ministry.”
Spiritually poor as well as fiscally, Christians compose less than 1% of Guineans, trailing far behind the 64% following a radical religion and 25% following ethnic religions. Pray for teams to reach these multitudes living in spiritual darkness. Pray the light of Christ shines brightly and undeniably through teams and new believers.

November - Week 4

Prayer Points

Tanzania is largely a rural nation. Pray God prepares the way for JESUS Film teams to reach the most remote people groups in their country, allowing the gospel to be heard by many of these 6.7 million unreached Tanzanians.
Also pray that He prepares hearts and lives of those waiting to hear the Good News.
Pray for teams as they navigate ministry during heavy rains and rough terrain. They also regularly face threats from radical religions, witches, and the occult. Pray that God removes all barriers that stand in their way.
