This person is responsible for promoting generosity to God, understanding that the stewardship of resources is central to the Christian life.  

The right candidate will share the organization’s passion-filled vision to connect people to the blessing that comes from giving every person an opportunity to hear about Jesus Christ. The task is to build relationships with new high-capacity donor partners, challenge existing partners, and re-engage inactive partners to financially support the ministry.  This person is also responsible for organizing multiple large and small number donor events per year with an emphasis on raising resources and connecting with new donor partners. The goal is to raise $1 to $1.5 million annually.

The qualified candidate needs to love people and love to be with people. Connecting through all forms of communication is a priority. Relevant development experience is preferred. An applicant’s earned degrees and CFRE/ACFRE certifications will be reviewed. The applicant must have the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands, have a high degree of self-initiative, have strong relationship-building skills, have the ability to host trips with partners to experience the ministry, and have the ability to travel up to 50% of the year. The location of this person’s residence can be discussed.
