Will you pray with us this November?

“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.”

November - Week 1

Prayer Points

  • Pray for cultural healing and forgiveness for ethnic discrimination within churches and society.
  • Pray that young people will discover a true sense of family, along with the security, purpose, and hope that can only be found in Christ.
  • Pray that the Church in Fiji will grow in maturity and reach the hearts of those in religions hostile to Christianity.

November - Week 2

Prayer Points

  • Pray that JESUS Film Teams will embrace their identity in Christ and proclaim the gospel without shame or fear of persecution. Ask for the light of Christ to shine brightly through them, so that many, including their persecutors, may come to know Him as their Savior.
  • Pray for God to impact the hearts and lives of leaders in nations where persecution occurs. Ask that any laws meant to hinder evangelism, discipleship, church planting, or the rights of Christians will be turned down.
We had the rare opportunity to partner with a local church to show the JESUS film at a women’s empowerment and values program. It was a unique way to connect with the surrounding neighborhood and community. Many were touched by the life of Mary Magdalena, a woman who had been enslaved by the devil for a long time, was freed from captivity, changed her life and became a faithful follower of our Lord Jesus Christ. Her story became an inspiration to the women of the neighborhood. Now the area has a meeting hall where people regularly gather and study the Word of God. We pray that God’s Word will continue leading them to a righteous and holy lifestyle. Praise the Lord!

November - Week 3

Prayer Points

  • Pray for more Filipino churches to raise up and send out missionaries committed to worldwide evangelism.
  • Pray that honesty, justice, and fairness will emerge and take precedence over corruption and greed in government practices and decision-making.
  • The capital city of Manila is home to over 30 million people, ranging from extreme poverty to the wealthy elite. Pray that the Lord would give comfort to the poor and touch the hearts of the rich.

November - Week 4

Prayer Points

  • Pray that the gospel message effectively permeates the cultures of spiritism, nature worship, and the occult.
  • The Church in Thailand has experienced slow growth in recent years. However, the leaders of the churches are committed to the Great Commission and have plans to expand leadership development, a national prayer network, and evangelism. Pray that they will be bold and steadfast in their desire to share Jesus.
