Testimonies of Transformation

Every day, JESUS Film Teams around the world share the hope of Christ with countless people, many of whom have never heard the name of Jesus before. Despite challenges and obstacles, your faithful support allows teams to remain steadfast in their mission to reach the lost. A Hope Restored

“I had many problems in my life and could not see any hope. One day, I saw a pastor had stopped at my sister’s house and they were watching the JESUS film. I was curious so I stopped and watched with them.

 

After the film was over, the pastor began to speak to us about Jesus. In that moment, I felt in my heart a desire to give my life to Christ. I felt hope and a desire to repent to the Lord.

In the time since, my daughter has also accepted Jesus and we regularly attend church. I pray my husband and all my relatives would come to know Christ and seek Him.”

The Colors of Peace

“My life has been far from easy. My father has a very specific form of special needs, so he spends a lot of time in a cognitive development center in my city. Unfortunately in my country, people see this as reason enough to ridicule my family. I am not ashamed of my dad, in fact I love him very much, but the constant jokes at my family’s expense were ruining my self-esteem.

 

One day, I was invited to a gathering of Christians. I had nothing to lose, so I attended to see what it was all about. Someone brought out a brightly colored EvangeHat and asked me what came to mind when I thought of the different colors.

 

The color black resonated with me and I shared how my soul felt like it was in the dark. It was then that the other believers hugged me and told me God could fill my life with so many other colors. I felt new peace after that. I will continue to care for my father because I love him and I know God loves me.”
